I just wanted to share how much I appreciate Lin Siu. She truly goes above and beyond, and it shows in the way she takes care of clients and partners. She makes herself available over weekends and after hours to respond to my calls, texts, and emails. On top of that, she has personally delivered my commission checks to my home—always with a thoughtful thank-you card and sometimes even a small gift. That level of care is something I haven’t experienced with any other title rep throughout my real estate career, and it really means a lot. I have used Donna Miller and her team as my escrow entitled agents for years. Donna takes the time to connect and explain things to my clients when necessary and does not make me or my clients feel like we are interrupting her. Donna and her team respond quickly and efficiently. When I am forced to do transactions with other title and escrow companies my clients come to me more often to get their questions answered because of curt or cryptic information they receive from their escrow officer. Donna has handled some complex and challenging situations for me with grace and speed!
